Have you ever wondered what it takes to make some sort of tangible income here at Helium? Do you strive to make more than just a few bucks for your efforts here? If you are looking to make that kind of income, you are looking in the right place. The first step to achieving your goals is to seek the best advice.

Say you wanted to make about 500 dollars a month, do you think you could do it? I bet you could, and it is possible if you are willing to put the work in. Believe it or not, but it is really a lot easier than you think to start consistently hitting that benchmark for earnings on a monthly basis. The real secret is building your portfolio over time to make the money you want.

The first reason that it gets easier to hit your benchmark is because you get more stars with more articles. Getting to 500 dollars at a rate of $2.50 an article or more is a lot easier than a mere 50 cents. If you hit the empty title bonus often enough you could be making up to $3.50 or more. This means that if you wrote just two articles in an hour you would still be making 7 dollars an hour.

You could then hit 500 dollars in about 71 hours of writing a month. That might sound like a lot, but that's about 18 hours a week, the same as a part time job. If you were willing to put that work in, you could easily hit 500 dollars. Don't forget that you also have page views, so you can add another chunk of that as well. Earning 50 dollars in page views is an easy target if you have enough articles, and are willing to Tweet every so often.

You can also try your luck on Marketplace and contest articles, but that isn't a guaranteed way to make money, however, I will throw it in their because it is a valid source of making money. I would advise to stick to building up your portfolio, and going for the upfront payments and the other page view money that you can get guaranteed every month.

So do you want to get to 500 dollars a month? You can if you are willing to write like it is your part-time job. It might not be a fancy answer, or the quick answer, but it is a very good way to make your money. That way you can even continue to build to higher levels of income per month.
