Poetry: Our perfect waltz

by John G Evans

Created on: November 21, 2009   Last Updated: December 02, 2009

Your eyes my dear are smiling -

Yet from another glance,

To embrace you dear so tender -

As together we begin to dance.

Your smile so pure and natural -

Your hair is long and grey,

Your hands I hold and feel your breath -

As we begin to dance and sway.

We are even more graceful then we used to be -

As age has passed us by,

To watz the perfect dance with you -

Just takes my breath, away.
