Yes to Carrots Shampoo & Conditioner Review

In my quest to find the perfect natural shampoo and conditioner, I came across Yes to Carrots hair care products. Their shampoo and conditioner are formulated for all hair types. Dead Sea minerals and organic fruits and veggies are what make up these exceptional paraben-free products. They contain no animal products and there's no animal testing. Plus, they're made in the U.S.A.

Yes to Carrots C Loves Your Hair Pampering Carrot Juice Shampoo cleanses, nourishes and moisturizes the hair and scalp with 26 mineral and trace elements. The key ingredients are Organic Carrot, Sweet Potato and Pumpkin, which are potent anti-oxidants. Some of the other ingredients are Sweet Almond oil, Olive Oil, Jojoba oil and Ginkgo Biloba.

The first thing I noticed about the shampoo was its orange color. After all, this isn't your normal hair care product. The next thing I checked was the smell. Since it's made with all sorts of fruits and vegetables, I was hoping for a better smell, but the shampoo smelled more like baby powder. I have been using the shampoo a little over a month now and the scent has actually grown on me.

Now, on to how the shampoo works. To use just squeeze some into the palm of your hand then massage into wet hair. Even though the shampoo is lacking in some ingredients, it stills lathers up really well. It creates a good amount of foam and it washes out quickly. Over all, this shampoo is really good.

Yes to Carrots C is for Conditioner Pampering Hair Mud Conditioner smoothes and tames even the most wayward hair. The key ingredients are Dead Sea Minerals and Chamomile, which soothes and moisturizes hair. Some other ingredients listed are Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil, Melon extract and Pomegranate peel extract.

The color of the conditioner is a pale orange color. And just like the shampoo, this smells like baby powder too. But as I said before, the smell actually grew on me. Now, I like the scent. It gives my hair a naturally clean smell.

The conditioner works equally as good as the shampoo. To use, after shampooing, squeeze into your hand and apply to your hair. I always start with the ends first then work my way up to the scalp. Leave it on for a few minutes then rinse out. After, comb through your hair with your fingers. I always rinse with cold water after; I've heard that the cold water will give your hair extra shine.

What's my viewpoint? Yes to Carrots Shampoo & Conditioner are great. They're paraben-free, made with all-natural ingredients, work great and they're extremely affordable. The shampoo and conditioner have made my hair shiny and healthy. I definitely recommend trying out the Yes to Carrots hair care products. They're good for your hair and the environment.

4 out of 5 stars.
