The prisoner approached the bench. His hands were cuffed.
Without a smile he came forward. He was there to see the judge.
Selling forbidden chemicals, had brought on it all,
the internal suffering of pain, and regrets that just won't thaw.
It is likely so his customers, that had tried his subtle fruit,
were suffering just as he, and possibly jailed too.
How long does it take, to realize a mistake?
The first moment the cuffs are on.
The time starts then, and it won't end,
until five years down the road.
I know his prayer, though I didn't hear it.
Just let me go home.
