There are few ways to describe
A woman's heart
The words I choose today
Come from my experience in love
Vulnerable and frail
It's so easy to hurt her
Bring tears to her eyes
Make her sad, but for only a moment
This aspect of the vulnerability
Is also what makes her heart strong
The frailty of her heart
Is what can make some things
So devastating
Even the strongest of woman is brought to her knees
She can be plunged into the longest despair
The strongest of self doubt
But each time she picks herself up
Dries her eyes
And readies herself for another battle
She bruises and burns
She cuts and bleeds
But remember
She has a heart
And her heart may get bruised
When you forget her on your way home
But her heart will break
When you tell her
You just don't love her anymore

And left me with this scar

O, what have I done?
O, why did I do it?
We once had fun,
But then, I blew it.
