Music has many positive effects on mental wellbeing, yes it does. For example, When I am sad, I listen to Christian music and it turns my sad emotions to a brighter sense, if you will. And not just me. People of all ages turn to music for guidance and seek refuge in its uplifting properties. Like clouds, to be metaphorically exuberant.
When I was a girl I lived life without music. I would occasionally hear it on the radio, but i didn't have the level of exposure and emotional output that I do no. Music is a way of expressing yourself and ridding you of your bad emotions so that you do not inflict them on others. So, when I started to listen to music, it made huge difference in he way that I saw things - the way I talked to the people - the way I looked towards the sky in hope - the way I prayed to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Looking back, I am glad and I for sure and honestly see the changes it has made. Now I am more positive and I have more power within myself than ever before.
I would recommend positive music to you because it DOES have a good influence on your well being. If it didn't, it would be dead! If we reaped no benefit from the time spend listening to it than it would be useless. And uselessness has no place in a society like ours.
Here are some positive effects it can have:
1) It can make you think more clearly.
2) It can help you express your individuality.
3) It can add flavor to parts of your life that are bland and unspiced.
4) Music can brighten a rainy day.
5) It can inspire you.
6) It can inspire those around you.
7) It can give you more creativity.
8) It can help you remember certain events.
9) It gives you common interests to make friends with.
10) Some of it is so uplifting!
11) It allows god to reach down and open your eyes to the heavens and abundance of opportunity before you!
12) It changes your perspective.
These positive benefits are surely enough reason to proceed with confidence in the knowledge that music helps you as a person and the well being that is within and inside you and your soul. Choose music that represents you and your faith and beliefs and you will benefit more from its presence in your life!
