You probably clicked on this to get a few laughs; or to see how crazy and deceived the author was. Or, you are a young, impressionable fellow looking for the all-powerful secrets of the martial arts.
Boy, won't you both be disappointed!
The real secrets to martial arts has nothing to do with the superhuman abilities. It has to do with hard work, discipline, knowledge, understanding, and, eventually, skill. This means a practiced and working knowledge of body mechanics and a correct mindset. There are no super ultimate one hit death blows. Not ways to fly, or flip around and gain super human strength. Just good, old fashioned work.
So what about ending a fight in one hit? Could it possibly be true? Well, it happens in boxing and mixed martial arts matches all the time. Those are real people fighting each other. And there are videos everywhere of these one hit knockouts on the internet. Some of them are real.
So what's the catch?
It's highly unlikely that you will do this. You have to strike just right, hit the person just right, make their head move just right. And all of this while you can barely get your fingers to move. You are in a fight and your safety or someone else's safety is in danger. Nothing is simple anymore.
So how do you do it?
It all goes back to the discipline, knowledge, hard work, and skill. You need it all, and that means practice, practice, practice. First, you need to find a group of techniques that you naturally are inclined to. Work with all these techniques. Take note to which ones you perform the best and with smallest amount of effort. Now, cut everything out except these one or two techniques. Now take that technique and practice it over and over and over again every single day. Practice a thousand times, and then practice it some more. And with perfect form the whole time.
Now, learn where to strike. Study how knock outs work. Some of the best places to hit are the side of the jaw, the chin - hitting the neck or the groin can even knock someone out from sheart shock and pain.
Create targets that mimic these areas and practice your accuracy. Train your accuracy to pin-point precision.
Now, get a partner to suit up. Have him come at you for real. Now, practice your technique under loads of stress. Refine it. Learn to use it in chaos and while affraid and under pressure.
The speed, power, and precision you gain should allow you spot a confrontation, and, if everything goes well, take one good shot at your opponent. If it's a good day, the guy will drop like a rock. But this is gauranteed. Nothing is, in a real fight.
