I am thankful for Mother Earth and every stone
She flows through my veins down to the bone
I am thankful for the Air that lets me breathe in
Filling my lungs within
I am thankful for Water as my body follows the tides
In nature rules every pebble abides
I am thankful for Fire that burns within my body and soul
Excited filling my body with life bright and whole

Poetry: What I'm thankful for
I need no life-changing fortune
To be grateful for what I have
No need to pursue happiness
When for my simple life I am
For wind and rain and green growing things,
Let us be thankful.
For gladdening sun and bright blue sky,
Let us be thankful.

Be thankful
For every day
For every person
In their own special way
Be thankful for blue skies
For warm sunlight
by Terrence Aym
The sun has risen once again.
The touch of your soft, warm hand,
The blossoming garden outside our door,
What I'm thankful
My humble thanks I give to Thee
For a life of relative peace and harmony
While some starve and suffer horrors untold
I feast
