Empty.
The house is empty without your presence filling it.
The bed is big and empty without you laying at my side.
My arms are empty without you in them.
Holding you close in love and tenderness.
The only things I have that don't feel empty
Are my head and heart
They remember you vividly and lovingly.

Where's Today?
As I venture into today
Entwined in thoughts incomplete
Of yesterday
The fleeting night unable to erase
TO FEEL
To feel
or not to feel
that is the penultimate decision
if not the ultimate conclusion
the mind must analyze
