The impact of E85 on greenhouse gas emissions

Today's world is quite different than that of 150 years ago. Technology has been the most drastic change, and it has presented us with a whole new set of problems. It will take "new" technology to reverse some of the problems of old technology, the kind developed without any thought as to how it would affect our environment, as well as our future.

No matter what the idea was, as long as it made life easier, it was introduced, and we abused by wanting more. There isn't much of anything that doesn't come with a price tag, and in the case of technology, it just may cost us our life support system. This is a reality, and if not attended to, we just might come to that reality.

What we as humans have done to our planet is not much different than when cancer invades our bodies. We are just like what cancer is to us, we are the cancer of the world. Everything we do is to take from the world constantly in search of even more ways to make our lives easier. But there again, this will cost us all eventually.

The impact of E85 is a win for the environmentalists, as well as for conserving our oil supply. The combination of 85% methanol, and 15% gasoline, provides for extremely low emissions, and can be the answer to our environmental problems that future generations would face.

There is no time like the present to initiate the use of this alternative fuel for our energy needs, and by acting now, we stand a chance to halt the ever growing threat to our very existence on this planet.

There is a delicate balance in nature, and we as humans, have disrupted this balance to such a degree, that we can no longer ignore the need for alternative fuel. Our atmosphere is affected in many ways by the earth's natural occurrences, but add to it the human element, and we see a speed up of conditions that wouldn't normally take place for another 1000 years.

So the E85 is a welcome alternative for powering our vehicles, and most certainly a benefit to our environment as well, and the impact as I have said is one of a positive one, and we cannot argue any longer about whether or not we need this alternative fuel. It's a must, and we all need to push for its use as well as other alternates as well.
