If I die today
Let it be said of me
That I left the world
Better than I met it
If I die today
I shall live on
In the minds of people
Print on the sand of time
If I die today, Oh Lord
Let me remain in your memory
That at the last trumpet
I may live again
If I die today
Cry not friends, rejoice not foes
For me to die is gain
To live is to serve

If I die today,

If I died today
what legacy would

would anyone notice my absence?
Or would I just be forgotten
just another life gone without a thought
If I die
