Would Hulk Hogan or John Cena win in a wrestling match? I guess the real question is, is the match a real fight or one that is decided by the bookers?

No matter how hard it is for some people to accept it, John Cena would win in an actual fight. I mean, sure, Hulk Hogan has kicked his share of ass during his career, but you have to face the facts here. The Hulkster just isn't as young as he used to be. John Cena is younger and quicker. I think that Hulk has spent too much time on the couch and recording reality TV shows to be able to beat a superstar who goes out and handles business each and every week. Maybe if Hulk started training now and got in better shape(not that he's in bad shape mind you.) he'd be able to handle John Cena in a fair, no weapons or interference contest. But, that would lead back to my earlier statement. It would make a huge difference if we are talking fair, actual fighting, or a scripted battle created by the bookers.

We all know that the WWE bookers are out to create the most dramatic storylines ever to keep us watching, thus making them more money. The bookers would do just that and make it dramatic, not necessarily realistic. They could have John Cena and Hulk in an epic battle, then have someone random attack one of the two superstars, which would keep us watching while we're still wondering who would actually win in a real fight. If the WWE just put two men in the ring and told them to fight, just plain and simple, I don't think that it would still have the same following that it does now. Do you want to know why? Because drama sells.

In conclusion, I would like to say that in a real wrestling contest, John Cena would win for obvious reasons. He is younger and more.....athletic. I wouldn't expect to see Hulk Hogan doing anything too athletic, which is why Cena would win, because he has more athleticism, which would broaden the amount of moves he could use. Plus, Cena probably has better stamina as well.

Hogan would also have to get used to being an in-ring competitor again, rather than just a reality TV star who often finds himself on TMZ. Sure, Cena has a few commercials here and there, but he is still competing in-ring more than focusing on getting his face on daytime TV as much as possible.

If these two were to really face off, I believe that it would be a great contest with Cena coming out on top, but I guess we'll never truly find out.
