I believe slow zombies are way more effective than faster moving zombies. I think this because zombies that move slower have a more scary walk because it is not walking naturally versus something that is running like a human. The slower motion of the zombies makes the mood a more theatrical mood. When the mood is more theatrical it makes the movie fun to watch than it already is. When zombies move more slower it makes them look more deadly. Slower motions are also creepier because walking slow is not very normal or usual to humans.

Also when zombies move slower it the person they are after has more time which gives them more events to do such as, knock on people's doors for help, falling, or find good hiding places. Slower zombies also have a better effect because the person being chased can easily look back and think they are out of sight of the zombie, but then in one hot second when they face forward again the zombie can be right in their face waiting to kill and prey on that person. They will obviously already be caught by the zombies when this happens. That part would be very exciting for the audience to watch. That will also make the movie scarier because of the zombie just popping up. I am sure it will really frighten the audience.

Slower zombies means if you need to fight the zombie they will have time to find an object to fight with unless they are using their bare hands. They also have more effect because if the person that's being chased is being surrounded by a bunch of slow zombies that person has way more time to think, and if that person comes up with a good idea on how to get away it just might make the audience happier because every body loves it when people are able to save themselves. Slower zombies just look scarier because when they move slower you can really see the detail in the way they move. When you see the details and the fakeness in the way they move it just takes effect to another level when trying to make things scarier. When it's taken to another level of being scary that means it has a better effect than faster moving zombies.

These are all my reasons that make me think slower zombies have way more effect than faster zombies.
