A Christmas kitchen can be reached by creating a Christmas coffee cup or mug, a Christmas apron, a holiday plate of Christmas cookies, a unique Christmas tree that can hold utensils, a Christmas keepsake photo frame, and a wonderful Christmas vine to align along the top or your wall that hangs Christmas cards and Christmas ornaments from it. Here's how to accomplish these holiday goals.
Christmas Coffee Cup or Mug:
Items needed would be one white coffee cup or mug (in cabinet or at local craft stores), waterproof glass paint (for glass cups or mugs found in craft stores) or waterproof pottery paint (for clay-type coffee cups or mugs found in craft stores), newspaper, one small paint brush, and one medium paint brush.
This can be quite fun and creative! Place the newspaper onto a table. Use the paint brush and the paint to design Christmas decor in the center of the outside of the coffee cup or mug. You can paint candy canes, Christmas trees, a Christmas angel, a Christmas stocking, a Christmas bell, the Christmas world is yours. Allow to dry. Place your Christmas coffee cup or mug on a rack or counter for everyone to admire. Once you have created one, you just may create a matching set.
Christmas Apron:
Items needed would be one white apron (found at local craft stores), a small bag of Christmas foam cut-outs (found at local craft stores), green and red waterproof fabric paint (again, found in craft stores).
This is quite easy. Simply lay your apron onto the table. Dab a Christmas foam cut-out into a bowl of paint color then lightly press it onto the white apron. Once you have used what you wished to of one color, allow to dry. Then do the same for the other color. Allow to dry. Remember that you could make all kinds of things with Christmas foam cut-outs, including your very own Christmas apron.
Holiday Plate for Christmas Cookies:
Items needed would be one standard size plate, thick metallic green wrapping paper, scissors, one box of candy canes, and one 1' thin white ribbon.
The instructions to this truly takes a couple of sentences. Wrap the plate in the metallic green wrapping paper as you would place the center of the wrapping paper at the face of the plate. Slowly work the wrapping paper down the sides of the plate until it meets in the back of the plate. Tie a tight bow around the bottom portion where you met the wrapping paper on the bottom. You should have extra wrapping paper coming from the bottom below the bow. Pull the wrapping paper upward so
