The most rewarding part of a Disney vacation is that the fabulous parks and their perks offer everything to bring joyful experiences to visitors of all ages. That's why Disney named them the happiest places on earth.

Whether age 3 or 93, there's something great to experience day and night at a Disney resort. For adults, Disney vacations give them the chance to return to their happier, less-complicated childhood. For just those few days, they can leave all their cares behind and just immerse themselves in the wonderful experiences.

For adults: The hotels and resorts on theme park properties in Walt Disney World in Orlando FL and Disneyworld in Anaheim CA offer many attractions designed for adults to enjoy. Some, like the Contemporary Resort and the Beach Club and Yacht Club Resorts at Disney World, have beaches on man-made lakes that offer picnic areas, swimming, motorboats and sailboats. They also have pools, tennis courts, health clubs and gourmet restaurants. There are five pro-quality golf courses at Disney World.

Disney offers two major water parks for visitors of all ages. Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach feature water slides, tube riding, wave pools and surfing. For the inexperienced, park employees conduct swimming, surfing and snorkeling lessons. After dark, Disney offers many music and dance clubs for adults. For late night roaming, there's plenty of adult-themed entertainment at La Nouba and Pleasure Island in Downtown Disney. There are also participatory events, such as Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

For teens: There are plenty of fun activities. They can visit Epcot to experience exhibits and specialty dining from different countries of the world, and learn about movie-making at MGM Studios and Downtown Disney. They can experience thrills and chills at thrill rides on Space Mountain, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and the Haunted Mansion. Teens will especially enjoy at day at Blizzard Beach Water Park, where they can listen to live bands, dance, swim, slide, surf and snorkel with other teens to their hearts' content.

For kids: The littlest members of the family will enjoy many features at the park tailored just for them, including the merry-go-round, kiddie car rides, Disney character performances and individual meetings, the famed Disney Main Street parades, and Its a Small World, Pirates of the Caribbean, Jungle Cruise and other theme rides. For live Western entertainment combined with chuck-wagon-style meals, there's the Golden Horseshoe Stage.

Disney Cruise Line: For some families, the most rewarding part of a Disney vacation is to enjoy it at sea. Disney sails from many ports in the U.S. to the Caribbean, Alaska, Mexican Riviera, Europe, Panama Canal and other destinations. The luxurious ships offer delightful features for the entire family, including Disney events, along with enjoyable onboard activities for every member of the family.

Of course, a few paragraphs can't possibly cover more than a very small portion of what the Disney theme parks and cruise ships offer visitors of all ages. The most rewarding part of a Disney vacation is that families can enjoy the wonderful experiences together.
