Safety tips for computer do-it-yourselfers

Computer, a magic word for many people that don not how to deal with, and there are some other people do deal with computer very well but still they don't know what is this machine, and for sure they don't know what are the components, what are the connection between all components, and what are these components really do, sometimes you can find someone who say that he know that the most important part of the computer is the processor, but actually he don't know what is the job of this processor, but when you find smart user who don't like to deal with unknown machine you find him interested to know about that machine, so sometimes he just read about it, and other times he decide to pull out the cover and see everything from inside, that fine but if it's the first time so it's actually dangers for the computer and for the user himself,.

For what we mentioned above let's see what we should know about computer hardware before we take any action just for being curious.

First is that we should know that undercover there are many different components which are all fixed in one main board which we actually call it main board, so we should know what is the main board to know how we can deal with it, and the main board in simple words is a wide board which fixed with small screws to the case of the computer, this board is having one socket for power input and few sockets for power outputs to feed whatever require electricity to work like cooling fans, so and to be sure that we're in the safe side and if we want to pull out and pull in components first thing we should do is to unplug the power source from the main board, and this can be easily found as it is a wide white socket placed in the nearest corner to the main power supply, and as power supply mentioned so I should say that you already unplugged the power cable of the computer before you do anything.

So after getting sure that we have no power at all we can now take a safe journey with all components, fist we can see the processor place which is a square place covered with large fan which cooling the processor, and to see the processor itself we should uninstall the fan from above the processor, however before removing the processor cooling fan we should know that it's very tightly fixed over the processor with strong spring sheet or any other way so if you decided to take it out take your time and don't use your muscles more than you use your mind,.

After the processor cooling fan comes the processor itself,
