Teamwork is very important in any company. Members of the team need at some stage to come together and perform tasks together. Collegues working together may not be friends if not for the job, but this does not mean that people cannot work together. Teamwork brings members of the group closer togerther, although saying that groups and teamwork are two totally different concepts. Teams are actually more hands on. Teams arrange and are assigned to tasks. teams are more pro-active to groups.
Teambuilding exercises bring treams more closer together. Every organisation should sponser some kind of team building activity. This can include anything from a day out on the beach to rock climbing, cycling or even doing an activity like hiking together. This really motivates the staff and brings the teams closer together.
Teamwork is very important and collegues need to know what it means to form part of that team. Teamwork means working together for the common good of the organization, and many organizations need to hold workshops in order to encourage teams to run more effectively. Some memebers of a particular team feel at ease to work with each other but problems arise when a new member arrives. Teams need to be able to incorporate new members and not make them feel out of place. Teams can get more done, than one individula employee. Teams increase efficientcy and productivity. Teams alos bring new and fresh ideas, for example an advertising agency will prefer to have employees work in teams as more ideas will be present through brainstorming. teams can also improve individual performance and more can be learnt from all participating team members.
Teams also need to have team memebers. Team meembers are not neccasarily in charge, as every team member should be responsible for some aspect of the team. The team needs to have someone who can take charge of situations when things do not go accoording to plan. but it is up to teams to sort out potential problems or threats.
There are many examples of teams that have to exist. Individuals will never be able to work alone. Firefighers, policemen, catering businesses and even some sales associates need to work in teams in order to get the job done in the best possible time. These are just a few examples of teams, and some teams alos do life saving work like medical staff like doctors and paramedics. Each member of the team is important.
