The Google Mobile app is perfect if you are a student or if you are someone who loves to search for and learn about random bits of knowledge. The Google Mobile app makes it easy for the user to google anything without having to type it. Although the iPhone's keyboard is first in its class, I still do not think that it accommodates all sizes of fingers, which can make it a hassle to use for people with larger fingers. With that said and done, the Google Mobile app eliminates the need to type and makes very good use of the iPhone's microphone for an app.

The Google Mobile app is basically a voice powered app. However, this does not mean that you do not have the ability to type your search queries at all. The app only seeks to eliminate the inconvenience of typing search queries if your fingers are not comfortable typing on the iPhone's keypad. This is an especially useful feature if you need information fast and your hands are not free to do so.

The app recognizes search queries in American, British, and Australian English accents, and the app is also available in several other languages as well. This was one of my main concerns when I first stumbled upon this app. After all, if you do not have the ability to type in your language, what does it mean to be able to search by voice if your language is not supported by the app? Many apps have this problem, but it seems that Google Mobile app has that feature down pat.

I also like that Google Mobile app is linked to other Google apps. For example, if you are searching for a restaurant and you tap on its address it will show up on the Google Maps app that is already built-in to the iPhone.

However, the best thing about this app is that it is cost-free. There are many free apps that are not even worth their non-existent price tags. Fortunately, this particular app has quickly become a favorite of mine. I don't have to open up Safari in order to search for something, and I don't need to deal with the uncomfortable keypad.

All in all, I highly recommend the Google Mobile app. It has certainly made life a little easier and I am sure it will continue to have many uses for me.
