Overall, Pink's latest album, Funhouse is excellent. I'll rate each song on a scale of 1 to 5. There are 12 tracks total.
Track 1 - So What was a very good song to start the album off with. It's a classic Pink song and very energetic. So What was also released as a single. This song became Pink's first solo #1 song in the U.S., as well as in twenty-five other countries. So What is actually about Pink losing her husband. The lyrics are very well-written and great for someone who has just went through a breakup.
Rating - 5/5
Track 2 - Sober is a good contrast from the first song, So What. The lyric "How do I feel this good sober?" is interesting and adds to the song. The guitar playing in the background is very relaxing to listen to. You can really hear her pain in this song because of her desperate tone.
Rating - 4/5
Track 3 - I Don't Believe You is a really slow-paced song. There isn't much background music, so you can really hear Pink's voice. She sounds really desperate and you can really see the rarely-seen vulnerable side of her.
Rating - 3.5/5
Track 4 - One Foot Wrong is talking about how she's in the dark and has no one to turn to. She feels as if she has one foot wrong and is about to fall. It has a jazzy vibe to it and the orchestra makes it even better.
Rating - 3/5
Track 5 - Please Don't Leave Me will definitely catch your attention. It's kind of saying, "I hate you. Wait, come back, I didn't mean it". This song is talking about a relationship that has gone on too long and she still loves him even though they fight.
Rating - 5/5
Track 6 - Bad Influence is about Pink being a bad influence on people. It's really a very fun and flirty song.
Rating - 4/5
Track 7 - Funhouse is about a relationship that went wrong and she wants to get rid of all of her memories of him. "Funhouse" refers to the house she and hum lived in and it used to be fun, but now it is just a burden on her soul. It's a really fast-paced, edgy song.
Rating - 5/5
Track 8 - Crystal Ball is a slow-paced song that is very relaxing. She's reflecting about her life and doesn't regret what choices she has made in love.
Rating - 3.5/5
Track 9 - Mean almost feels like a country-rock song because of the beat and instruments. The lyric, "How did we get so mean" can relate to many people.
Rating - 5/5
Track 10 - It's All Your Fault is about her wanting to leave, but she realizes he's so perfect and it's his fault she feels like this. She sings, "It's all your fault! * You called me beautiful!".
Rating - 4/5
Track 11 - Ave Mary A is about the problems in the world, as well as her life.
Rating - 4/5
Track 12 - Glitter in the Air is a very slow-paced song with only a piano playing in the background, so Pink's voice is very prominent. It's about her wanting a night to never end.
Rating - 3/5
The overall rating for this album is a 5/5 because there are so many good songs that you could just listen to over and over. I believe this is Pink's best album so far.
