Do soul mates really exist....The answer to this question is definetly "Yes".
Sixteen years ago on March 11th my soul mate came into my life. Taking my ex-husband to an AA meeting to try to help him on his way.
There stood the most good looking, charming guy, I had ever seen. He had deep blue eyes, long flowing blonde hair, and a smile that
could light up the night.
When our eyes met, it was an instant attraction. We talked, and both of us knew there was something there instantly. We were
inseperable from that moment on. When we had our first date, we fell in love. I thought I was crazy but, I knew he was the one.
On our second date we went camping for three wonderful days. On the first night, he told me I was who he was looking for all of his
life, told me he loved me. The next night before we went to sleep, he kissed me, then took his finger and wrote Marry me on my tummy.
We had only know each other two weeks but, we both knew it was right.
I was just coming out of a bad divorce with a very bad man, and vowed not to marry anyone for at least five years. But, here I was
totally falling in love with this guy, I only knew a few weeks. Well, I took a big chance because I just knew it was right, and I said "Yes".
Now after sixteen years of marriage to this man, I only love him more with each passing day.
We have three beautiful children now, and a life that isn't easy with a mortgage, and some hard times. But, we still keep it together and
vow to stay together forever through the hardtimes, and the good times.
There will be times when I am thinking of a song in my head, and he will just start singing it. Or maybe thinking of watching a movie, and
he will go to the dvd player, and put in the same movie I was thinking of.
I believe our love will be there forever, and I don't think either one of us could make it without the other one. We have become as one in
our marriage, and life together.
In our hearts, and life we are true soul mates. We love each other more than anyone could love someone, and that is forever.
