Before we can begin our meditations with the Archangel Uriel, first we need to clear our minds and calm our inner selves. We do this first by finding a quiet place, with no distraction. The living room where the phone rings or television playing in the background is not a place to try to meditate. The ideal place would be in a room, with drapes drawn and door closed if possible. The position is very important. We want to be comfortable, but not so comfortable that we nod off. Many people meditate by sitting cross-legged on the floor. This is just one of many positions. I find I can meditate better by lying on my bed. You may have to try different positions before you find one that works for you. The main thing to remember is, Be Comfortable.
Breathing technique is very important with meditation. We have to be aware of our breaths as we inhale through our nose and exhale lightly through our mouth. Your mind will begin to race as you try to clear it. Just continue to concentrate on your breathing until your mind slows.
As our mind and thoughts begin to slow and our breathing evens out, we summon our Guardian Archangel Uriel. The Archangel Uriel is an angel of light and peace. We can breathe in his essence of good and exhale all of our negative energy. His presence will bring comfort and a warm peaceful aura to our inner selves. A general feeling of well being should arise. Removing or lessening all the toxins of daily living and stressors of life.
We should never be afraid to ask for comfort and healing through the power of our Guardian Angels. As the bible preaches, ask and you shall receive. Through meditation we can work through life's trials and tribulations and find peace for our mind and soul. As we continue to meditate with the assistance of our Guardian Angels, we find we are closer to God and begin to lead a path that carries us closer to godliness.
Just a few minutes everyday meditating is all that is needed to relax the mind and soul. You will find that each time will become easier and easier. The rewards of mediation and calling upon our Guardian Angels for guidance and assistance is unfathomable. You will find a fountain of spiritual health and well being. Also you will begin to notice the physiological aspects of meditation such as lower blood pressure and decreased anxiety. All which have been proven by medical research.
