If I could have a simple life
Not shadowed with a lonely dream
And every night I throw you out
And leave you standin stranded on the street
And every day I use you up
And I use you like the best of em' all
If I could have simple love
What would become of me
Would you make me sing
Would you make me queen
And every night I throw you out
And leave you stranded on the street
And every day I use you up
And I use you like the best of em' all
I will always be the same
