A vacation for weight watchers is equivalent to the ultimate test as the game Survivor is to strategists, and The Amazing Race is to adventurous backpackers. You may be in a faraway land where you can give the excuse that telephone and the internet is inaccessible, and thus not even online meetings with your Weight Watchers group or Leader. Basically, you are on your own, and you know you have no way to account for your weight, if you have no access to a weighing machine. You need Weight Watchers tips for vacations, to keep you on track.

Tip number one: Do not give that excuse that you have no control over what you have for food, as you are in a land foreign to you, and that you are not cooking what you want to eat. Tip number five: If you are partying into the night, watch what you drink. Do not be tempted to think that a fruit-based drink will give you less calories than
