Thanksgiving is a time when we think about all that we're thankful for. Sending someone a Thanksgiving e-card is a great way to let them know you're thinking of them around the holiday. There are many sites on the internet that offer free e-cards for all sorts of occasions including holidays. I found many free e-card sites that have a good selection of Thanksgiving cards and you don't have to sign up or be a member. You can just pick your card and send it. Here are a few of the sites I found:

www.care2.com/send/catthanks1.html: This site isn't just an e-card site. This site is dedicated to taking care of the environment. They do have a huge selection of e-cards to choose from and they are all free. There are eight pages of Thanksgiving e-cards. Their motto is, "Spread love and laughter while saving the world." When you send a free Care2 e-card, Care2 makes a donation to an environmental nonprofit organization to save a square foot of rainforest. You're not only making somebody's day, you're helping to save the environment. You don't have to sign up for anything, but they do have a free newsletter you can choose to have e-mailed to you.

www.all4love.net/ecards/thanksgiving-ecards/: This site has thirty Thanksgiving e-cards to choose from in many different categories: hugs, humor, love, miss you, wishes, and religious. There is no sign up or membership required.

www.got-free-ecards.com/Thanksgiving-ecards/: There are fourteen animated Thanksgiving e-cards on this site. You can customize the cards by adding a photo or you can upload music. This site also has free printable cards. Some of the printable cards are black line so you can print it out and color it in yourself- a great project for kids.

www.funny-ecards.com/cards/thanksgiving/index.html: If you're someone who wants to get a laugh, this is the e-card site for you. The e-cards are all funny and it has a good selection. There are twenty-two Thanksgiving e-cards to choose from. It's a very simple site to use.

www.regards.com/cc.cfm/343: This is another easy site to use. You simply choose a card, personalize it, and send it. There are twenty Thanksgiving e-cards on this site.

www.free-e-cards-online.com/ThanksgivingCardsCollect ion1.html: While this site only has five Thanksgiving e-card designs to choose from, I included it in the list because you totally customize the cards. First, you choose the design. Next, you select colors for the text and background. Then, if the card doesn't all ready have music, you can add music if you'd like. Next, you select a poem for your card and then a heading. Last, you add your message, address it, preview the finished product, and send.
