I'll close my eyes and melt into the moment,
Even if the world thinks it's crazy and wrong.
All I know is that with you I am content.

I want to understand this insane event-
All I can hear is your music and your song.
I'll relax now and melt into the moment.

At this point in my life, I'm just a fragment
of who I could have been, if I had been strong.
I only know that with you I am content.

Thinking of you, your smile, your eyes, your scent
in your rugged arms- I am safe. I belong.
I'll remain calm and melt into the moment.

Falling in love with you was not my intent.
How was I to know it was you all along.
Knowing you are here for me, leaves me content.

I don't ever want to be what you resent-
I want to be the partner who is lifelong.
I'll close my eyes and melt into the moment.
All I know is that with you I am content.
