This next website has not only vegan recipes, but many resources such as menus, and an introduction to becoming a vegan. Cooking blogs are found on this site as well as being able to get recipes when you sign up for their newsletters. The webiste can be visited at http://www.vegcooking.com.
Since many vegetarians often eat Tempeh as a source of protein, there is a site about this food at http://www.tempeh.info. This site has a lot of information on it for ways to prepare tempeh, soy health, how to make your own tempeh, and fermentation. So for an educational purpose on tempeh and tempeh recipes, etc., I would encourage you to visit this site.
The Vegetarian Resource Group is quite helpful and informative for any vegan. The site offers newsletters, many ideas for eating out at restaurants, guides and handouts, and a vegetarian game. They also have publications for vegetarians such as the VRG Catalog, the Vegetarian Journal, and VRG News. You can visit this site at http://www.vrg.org.
The Vegetarian Society is all dedicated to anyone who is a serious vegetarian. The site gives suggestions for eating out, the lifestyles of vegetarians, helpful information for families, and an area for young people. The site also has links to great recipes for every meal, information for teachers and students, and courses for cooking vegetarian that you may take. You can look at this website and see what all it has to offer or even join it at http://www.vegsoc.org.
Vegetarians in Paradise is yet another site that has tons of information to offer. They give a lot of nutritional information, the basics of vegetarianism, blogs, books for vegetarians to read, and a directory of vegetarian associations. This site is a MUST SEE for anyone really into their vegetarianism. You can visit at http://www.vegparadise.com.
