Good health requires good food. We eat food because our body extracts (metabolizes)what it needs from food to keep us in good repair and good health. The most important constituents of food needed by the body are the eight essential amino acids and it gets these by metabolizing food protein.
That's right, protein is made up of amino acids, and the only way to get the eight essential ones is by eating food protein (they are essential because the body can't make them on its own). Major protein sources are, of course, meat (red and white), fish, dairy, legumes (beans), nuts. To use the protein we eat, the body must first digest it and then metabolize it. This process generates a lot of digestive and metabolic waste in the form of feces, urine, sweat and so on. The chief organs of elimination do the work of treating waste; these are the liver, the kidneys and the intestines.
Eating a lot of protein puts stress on these organs. For example, if you are a Body Builder, you are eating a lot of protein in the form of food and supplements in order to make a lot of muscle. And you are putting your liver, kidneys and intestines under some heavy stress. How? Well, food protein produces anywhere from 52% to 82% metabolic waste. Let's put it another way, a steak gives you 18 - 20% utilizable protein, the rest is waste that has to be processed! That's a big number. The whole egg, for example, is nature's best protein source, offering 48% utilizable protein.
As we age, the organs of elimination start losing their original capacity. For example, at age 70 the liver functions at more or less 30% capacity. And as we age, processing protein in the body gets more difficlt. Remember: without the amino acid content of food protein the body cannot repair itself or make the new tissue it needs to go on living. So, are we caught in a catch 22? Can't eat it because we can't process it but we need it so we feed it to ourselves, and round and round it goes.
How about a source of the eight essential amino acids arranged in natural ratio (as in food) in pre-digested form for 99% utilization (that's right, only 1% waste), that produces no fecal residue (right again) and is available to the body within 23 minutes of ingestion?
Such a source exists and was developed by Italian researchers to feed patients who had had stomachs surgicaly removed or whose organs of elimination could not handle the metabolism of protein. It's called, SON Formula, or Master Amino Pattern. To see for yourselves, visit SONFormualMAP.
For anyone who wants safe nutrition or who wants to develop strong hard muscles, this formula is the best that can be. It can also be used in weight control. If your are elderly or chronically ill, you need a source that will not stress the organs of elimination. If you are a vegetarian, you need a high quality source that isn't available in your normal diet. If you are a body builder or simply seek muscle mass enhancement, you need amino acids that will work quickly to build new body tissue. If you are injured, you something that does the same.
All of this is available with SON Formula Master amino Pattern, a patented and scientifically validated formulation of the eight amino acids essential to life.
