A pizza for the entire world

Advantages: Delicious and fresh.

Disadvantages: A little pricy.

I have not been in Italy, so I can't tell what a real pizza is, but I know my favourite pizza in the UK is from Domino's.

What is Domino's?

Domino's is a pizza chain, which after 25 years development has more than 500 shops around the UK. It offers a range of standard pizzas or you can create your own pizza by choosing the toppings. In the shop you can see how your pizza is made and have a clear idea of what you will eat.

The logo of Domino's is a 1 spot and 2 spot domino. In 1960, Mr Monaghan, a student of the University of Michigan, opened a small pizza shop with his brother. At the time he just thought to open a couple of pizza shops in his hometown in the USA. Now Domino's is one of the top 5 international food chain brands in the world.

Although pizza is originally from Italy, Domino's style of pizza has more of a worldwide appeal. They vary their pizza ingredients to suit local taste.

How to order it?

It's very easy to find a Domino's shop near to your home. You can log on dominos.co.uk and type in your post code, then you will find the nearest one. You can order online, phone your order in or go to the shop to personally order.

What's the choice?

In Domino's you have more than 20 toppings to choose for your pizza or just try the unique and standard creations Domino's has, for example: Domino's Meateor or Domino's Full House, etc.

My favourite is Domino's Full House. Full House here means the pizza will have most of the ingredients Domino's offers. This includes onions, green peppers, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, ground beef, ham, sweetcorn, and pineapple. Sometimes I choose to leave out pineapple to experience a different taste.

My opinion

I like Domino's pizza very much. Compared to other take away food, I think the pizza is delicious, fresh and healthy.

The shops are clean and bright. The staff are always friendly, efficient and provide great service.

I especially like the base of Domino's pizza. It's soft, but with a chewy feeling. The base absorbs the taste of the toppings very well and this creates a complete pizza. In other brands of pizza the base and the toppings seem to be separated from each other. In my humble opinion I think Domino's makes the best pizza that is suitable for all people in the world.

Summary: Well worth the money.
