Always attach the components of the bulletin board using thumbtacks, not staples or glue.

Next, you will need to put all the information that you want onto the board. For instance, the history of the state is a very relevant section of the board. Delaware's history is rich. It has played an important part in ratifying the United States Constitution, and it is one of the smallest states in the Union (although it has played big roles in the country's history).
