Somewhere on a distant horizon
drenched in vibrant hues
a future lazily rises
from the mosaic sweep of present views
Within its broad, far reaching arms
it cradles all my dreams
like an artist's pallet loaded
with tomorrow's colour schemes
I want to paint them all at once
those portraits in my mind
and landscapes of each hopeful
destination I may find
My book is open, brush in hand
and it's you I see
right here, right now, I'm waiting
almost patiently...
