The best part about a Las Vegas vacation is being able to dine in world famous restaurants. Las Vegas is known for its miles long street of casinos, its "sin city" features, and most of all their world famous restaurants. When you go to Las Vegas, most of your money will not be spent on slots, or even souvenirs. In fact, the only souvenirs that you will be bringing home with you will be the memories of dining in an elegant, and fantastic culinary restaurant, whether you dined in the Bellagio's Buffet, the Rio's Carnival World Buffet, and Harrah's Fresh Market Square Buffet. All these places pay attention to the atmosphere and the culinary skills to please people and keep them coming back.

The Bellagio Buffet features many different cuisines of food, including best of Italian, Japanese, Chinese, seafood and American cuisines. The Buffet is known as one of the best places to dine in Las Vegas, and not having the chance to eat there myself. However my brothers have dined there having a great experience, therefore convincing me to go back to dine there and I cannot contain my excitement. According to my brothers, the dining area is truly beautiful, the setting is elegant, and the food is exquisite, made for a five star dining experience.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the Rio's Carnival World Buffet, however, I am making a note to try it the next time that I go. The Carnival World Buffet is known for its food and its long line of different foods. According to the Rio Las Vegas website, it is described as, "Recognized as the best buffet in Vegas year after year by guests and critics alike, the Carnival World Buffet has raised the bar in buffet dining once again, offering more variety in food choices (more than 300 dishes prepared fresh daily) and a new contemporary design that make the best buffet in Vegas even better." No doubt the decor is a big part of the buffet itself.

The last, but certainly not the least, of all the buffets in Las Vegas is located in Harrah's Casino and Hotel known as the Fresh Market Square Buffet. One of the dining experience that I myself experienced, it was truly one of the top fives on my list. The decor was beautifully done, and the crowd was lively. They had the best Chinese food section and their seafood area was filled with different catches of the day. Their Japanese section was filled with different varieties of sushi, and their BBQ section was filled with different kinds barbecued meats, from prime rib, to steak, etc. The Desert section was by far the best. The section ranged from homeade ice cream, to creme brulee, to cotton candy, and many different kinds of cakes and pies. It was one of the best memories that I have of the place.

When you go to Las Vegas, you want to remember having the best time. You can spend money on shows, such as Cirque Du Soleil, Tony and Tina's Wedding, magic shows, etc. But aside from the shows, you can do another thing and instead of spending all your money on gambling, you can spend most of your money enjoying the five-star dining experiences that are provided along Las Vegas Blvd. Just remember that sometimes, food is the best souvenir that you can bring back home with you, and the experience will always take you back to those places.
