Poetry: Empty relationships

Wandering through life with this meaningless existence,

Moving from person to person without any attachment,

Making love without passion, desire or emotion,

There is no connection, no love, no understanding,

No communication of value, no purpose of consequence -

Empty relationships - so hollow and insignificant.
