Home Schooling is becoming the new wave for education.
In the early 1800's acquiring an education was challenging for low income families. Low income families had to teach their children at home as the school system only accepted the wealthy. Fortunately, Jefferson and Washington along with several others formed an idea that later would become a school system that would be accessible to the public regardless of income level. By the 19th Century education was widely available to families of any social status. It didn't take long for the government to make new laws to educate all children.
