Mystic green sea carried him back to his infancy.
Pain, agony and joy eagerly revisited.
He'd been loved and abused like a broken toy.
That special spiritual path seemed as though
it was nothing more than a distant memory.
The past caressed him; it also maimed him.
His shattered psyche had slid onto his knee.
One tiny tortured tear fell onto the frazzled floor.
Then one more...then many...until there weren't any.
Mystic sea turned blue...filled with feelings...old and new.
The sacred pathway led slowly to a fuzzy future.
Millions of memories now mired in the past.
He made one swift trip into the present.
The sea of future thoughts was and wasn't so clear.
The end of the spiritual path seemed a bit too near.
