T-mobile. Hands down. No question. Provides the worse customer service I've ever seen. These people are horrible and highly uncaring about the customers needs most of the time. Then with this new foreign customer car center. It just makes life with them harder than it needs to be.
I've been a customer with T-mobile for almost 2yrs now. Thank god my contract is almost over. So I can finally get away from them, and be rid of them. That's how happy I am with these people. I mean T-mobile has cheap service yes. However cheap service comes with cheap and bad customer service too.
Here are my primary complaints.
1. The automated message when you call in is never the same, and it likes to mess up all the time. Or if they say that they'll offer you a call back. You put in your phone number for the call back. Which is pointless. Because once you do all that and set your phone down. They end up calling you. You could have just sat on hold for those 30 seconds. Would have been a lot easier.
2. Foreign customer care representatives are horrible. Sure they can speak fluent english when saying "Thank you for calling T-mobile my name is ... how may I help you". Yeah that's clear. Until you start talking. Then it's all down hill from there. Which get's annoying. That's how things on your account get messed up. Because these people can't speak fluently. Too me that's a huge problem. However does T-mobile care. Of course not. Why? Because it's cheap help. They don't care whether or not the customer get's their problem resolved. They care more about saving a few dollars and hiring people who have no business helping people over the phone.
3. Rude and pushy people. I have a huge problem with this more often than not. I'm always getting a highly rude person on the line who's constantly trying to tell me I'm wrong. Telling me I don't know what I'm talking about. Or their sorry but they just don't wanna help you out.
4. Then there's the retention department. These are the people who try to save you by offering you the world so you don't freely switch companies. Sure the idea is cool. However. Where gonna switch whether you like it or not. Could be pricing were sick of. Could be the devices were sick of. Though offering us a month of free service to save us, yeah only helps us for that month. Then were back to paying the price we had a problem with to begin with. If we want to go... Let us go!
So there's my take on who provides the worse customer service. Clearly T-mobile take the number one position in my world.
