The Seasons of Our Love
Your morning sunrise smile,
Lights the beauty and,
The bright promise of the day.
Your gentle, caressing touch,
A waltzing breeze,
In a loving, lingering way.
The seasons of our love,
Fill my heart with joy.
Our winter love is pure, a delight,
Our springtime love is playful and light,
Our summer love, passionate and right,
All through the long summer night.
And in the fall,
We fall together,
Towards the returning season,
Of our quiet winter love.

The Seasons of Our Love
Your morning sunrise smile,
Lights the beauty and,
The bright promise of the day.
Your gentle, caressing
Upon this frigid winter's night,

I called to you, for you to come,
you were no longer there.

Golden sunsets in your eyes.

My arms unfold to embrace you.
