I would defiantly say that white Americans are discriminated against. Just like people from everywhere around the world, there are stereotypes that people have against others for reasons of race, color, age, sex, place of birth, etc. I could go on forever with this list, people find things in every person to exploit and make fun of others.
Just an example of things that people would make fun of are: fat Americans, cheap Jews, lazy blacks, and much more. I don't personally believe basically any of these because they are just things that people make up to make fun of others, and most of them have no common sense behind them. The color of someone's skin does not make them who they are, nor does the race, accent, or anything else that is done against their decisions. Nobody can choose to be born a certain way, you need to respect everyone equally.
Myself, I was born in a small town in Pennsylvania. Growing up, there was always racism around, and being in a small town and no black people, it's bound to happen. We have started getting some blacks around my hometown lately, and they have it harder here then basically anyone. My school isn't shy with anything they believe, we have many students, and teachers for that matter that would speak out whatever they believe.
One thing I remember from 2 years ago is when we had to take a big part of the year to learn about black history. The teacher started talking about personal experiences for some reason, and soon enough she was saying how she don't like to trust niggers and how she's scared of them. I don't believe that anyone should be scared of another person for being a certain color, and I believe she was very wrong for talking about her personal feelings towards them the way she did.
Basically, my point of this article is that discrimination is everywhere. Nobody is safe from it, everyone has to deal with it. I think many people that would wonder this is actually white Americans themselves, that don't understand the things that other people come up with themselves. White people are not the only ones that show hate for others for the way they are, whether it was their choice, or they were born with it. I just wish that everyone could get over the hate towards people for reasons that they can't even control.
