With this information, the Weight Watchers site will give you a concise list of all Weight Watcher meetings, listing days, times and locations, as well as the distance in miles you will have to travel from home. It also provides a handy map to guide you to your destination. From this same location you can find out about purchasing a monthly pass, current meeting rates and any special offers that might be available at the present time.

If you hop around a little on this site you can get a good introduction into just what the Weight Watchers program is all about before you even set foot in one of the meeting sites. In a few clicks you can read about an overview of the goals and the structure of the program. You can get some ideas for a few tasty recipes that fit into the Weight Watchers eating plan.
