Finding a work at home job isn't easy. It takes time, patience and overall lots of research. There are so many online jobs available on the Internet and the number one problem telecommuters face, is scammers asking for money to apply for a "job". Many of these scammers advertise themselves on sites such as Craigslist, Jobvertise, Careerbuilder and others websites with their nonsense of paying $10 or even $40 to work. Unfortunately, many are taken advantage of by these fraudulent people wasting money and having false hope that the "job" they paid for will be legitimate.

But luckily in the Internet world, there are some decent folks that are honest and will not ask any potential employee to pay a small or large fee to work for them. What makes it even better is the forums out there dedicated to weed out the scams and help those looking for a online job. Many of the sites below is strictly for telecommuters with members offering helpful advice, updated job leads and numerous of other work posted that one might be interested in applying for.

http://www.workplacelikehome.com/forum/- Message board filled with helpful information regarding work-at-home-jobs, anything from writing, customer service jobs to data entry.

http://www.whydowork.com/forums/- More work-at-home opportunities with variety of sub-boards discussing information of MLM, telecommuting positions, decent get paid to-read-sites and also informative articles on telecommuting.

http://www.wahm.com/forum/default.asp- Probably one of the most popular work-at-home forums on the web, loads of information is available regarding jobs, businesses. Anything you want from this site, you will most likely get.

http://www.crazedlist.org/- Instead of surfing a forum to find jobs you are looking for, this website is the easiest and quickest way to get around the popular search website www.craigslist.com. Just type in whatever you're looking for (telecommuting jobs) and within seconds, you will get results from every single state. Definitely convenient and less time consuming for the person who don't want to waste an hour typing a keyword on every single page.

These websites are only a few that provide informative information on non-paying jobs. Many scam jobs seem to be a dime of dozen everywhere but thanks to the websites I'd mentioned, there is a good chance that telecommuters will find legitimate online work.
