We are all watching the size of Government grow exponentially daily. We have upwards of 35 czars in Washington DC and that number Is sure to grow. And so invariably the conversation is starting to be heard about restarting the fairness doctrine. Now I personally have to laugh at such a dichotomy in terms as the White House this week was trying to keep Fox news out of the press conferences. Except that they substitute the word "fairness" because that has a much nicer connotation to it. I mean that may ruffle a few feathers if they call the fairness doctrine what it really is CENSORSHIP!
To begin with let's take a look at the head of the office of information and regulatory affairs. (Yes this office exists!) or more commonly known as the regulation czar! (I feel like I am in a Tolstoy novel) Cass Sunstein. Cass Sunstein believes that animals should have the right to sue in court for mistreatment. And this is
