If this is what I'm going to do,
Just rot away apart from you,
Then know I will be back to stay-
I need to feel you everyday.
Tears run hot; my body cold,
I feel like I am growing old.
I feel your sorrow when we fight-
Smell has lost its scent tonight.
Minutes pass, I'm falling fast.
Please tell me that you can last.
I can wait forever for you,
So show me that you need me, too.
I'm dying now, I feel the knife.
I want to live to be your wife.
Pick me up and touch my skin,
Breathe the life back in again.
I'm weak and small and led astray,
In the darkest hole, I lay.
I'm losing sight of life now, dear.
There's something that you need to hear.
Blood, in me, runs cold as ice.
Next time, lets not role the dice.
Memories flow inside my mind,
I doubted you, I must be blind.
You told me that you can't let go,
You waited, and you took my blow.
I'm sorry love, I hear you now.
I see it through your eyes, somehow.
How could I have been so wrong?
I'm on my way, where I belong.
There's barely time to turn back, dear.
I promise you that I am near.
Just watch for me, with your blue eyes.
I promise when that candle dies,
That I will be right there with you.
Let's turn over something new.
Touch me like you did, back then.
Georgia times, remember when,
You were mine, and I was yours-
Life was like a ballroom floor.
Kiss me like you did, that night.
You and me just seems so right.
Let me give myself to you.
Whisper things that we will do.
When we sync, your heart, it beats.
Making love on silky sheets.
Love me now; forever more,
It's you, my love, that I adore.
I fail to see me, without you.
You know that you need me, too.
God had plans for you and me.
Let's show the world what we can be.
I promise I will wait for you.
Think of all the things we'll do-
Someday when we're old and grey,
We will look back to this day.
Telling stories of our past,
Remembering times we knew we'd last.
Cherish with me, times we had.
You will be the perfect dad.
I will be the perfect wife.
With you, I complete my life.
