Far away , very far away,
lives my beloved and here I lay,
all engrossed in her thoughts and memories,
when we were together strolling through the prairie.
Majestic love was swirling in the air,
we both had promised to love and care,
but fate crooked us and tear us apart,
I had to suffer and she had to depart.
I cried and cursed the wicked society,
the hypocrite people who showed fake anxiety,
they planted the seed of racism against us,
she could not bear the pain and unnecessary fuss.
Far away , very far away,
I still can feel her breadth, as the wind sway,
we cannot meet but can only pray,
two bodies to become one some day.

without you here it
