If needed, you can repeat such procedures up to three times a day. Also selected oil can be loaded onto a special lamp, but do not forget that in this case you breath a smaller quantity. This method is more gentle, more suitable to improve your mood or to calm down.
BATH
One of the easiest way to allow the body to absorb the oil - to lie in a bath with essential oils mixture.
1) Add to the water about 10 teaspoon oil carrier, which is mixed with appropriate quantity of essential oil. If the essential oil is dropped directly into the water, it can swim to the water surface and it will decrease its therapeutic effects.
