Lord I thank Thee
For the lovely children you give me
So soon they are grown
Married and have their own home
I realize they are only on loan
Lord I thank Thee for the joy
Lord I thank Thee for it all
Many a time we stray
You lead us back
You give us grace
Now they are on their own
I realize the children I don't own
Lord I do not worry about their needs
Into Thy will I pray You'll lead
