ZombieLand Rules!

Zombieland is the best zombie flick since Shaun of the Dead. A smashing bloody good time! Woody Harrelson best know by playing Woody Boyd on Cheers plays Tallhassee which of course isn't his real name but he is enormously hilarious in this movie. Zombieland also known as How to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse with 31 or 32 Simple Rules. Which reads like a Manuel book, yet instructs you on how to survive a zombie attack. So keep your eyes open during this movie while looking for rules on how to stay alive with zombies surrounding you. Like Rule #31 always look behind your seat before entering a car. These rules appeared in this movie several times throughout the show which gives valuable lessons to avoid being killed by a zombie . These rules show up everywhere in the most unusual places in the movie like on the bathroom door.

Jesse Eisenberg who plays Columbus gives his interruption of Columbus as a Classical Survival Geek. Which Columbus surrenders as being wuss from the start? In fact, after Columbus meets Tallahassee and eventually meet up with Wichita and her little sister Little Rock played by Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin. These girls actually tricked the guys by stealing their guns and car at least a couple of times until they realized they should stick together. This movie is a great ride for the blood and guts. I thought the movie was bluntly funny with the ability to learn who these characters are within the time frame of this movie.

This film has everything for everyone from zombies chasing victums down a football feild was pretty funny. Just keep an eye out for certain details especially the background at the grocery store when a pack of Zombies chase them all out. There is a big reference of jokes applied towards Twinkies from Tallahassee who is just craving for a Twinkie and couldn't get one. Especially when they cross a Twinkies truck which started the craving. I believe this is one of the best horror movies for 2009 by far. It's fresh, original plus entertaining in a morbid way. The movie as a surprise guest that tickled my funny bone who plays himself in this film which Tallahassee always wanted to meet. So, if you haven't seen this movie yet, your in for a treat and right before Halloween. I give this movie four pumpkins.
