If you need to know about the most current events, you have to have Stitcher Radio on your iPhone or iPod. First of all, it is a free app and it is a useful one, at that. Stitcher Radio streams news and broadcasts as well as podcasts from major news networks. It is really useful, especially when you are on the go and you do not have access to a regular radio or to the internet. With no price tag, Stitcher Radio is an app that will easily become a favorite.

I love free apps, but I especially love free apps that actually perform what they are supposed to do. Whenever I want to review an app, I always make sure that after I download the app, I restart my iPhone. This makes sure that there are no "inherent" crashes that occur when the game or app starts up. Then, I continue to try out all of the functions with and without reading the instructions. This helps me decide whether or not the app is easy to use and the instructions are easy to follow.

Stitcher Radio is a wonderful app that is smooth and does not crash, at least for me. After the recent update, I can easily send all of the interesting pieces of information to my friends and family. I can also receive their news, too. Not only does this app make a nice use of the news resources available, but it makes them accessible. For example, not all of us have access to a computer every minute of the day, so it is nice to have a portable source of news that can help you keep updated throughout the day without lugging around a big laptop.

I also like that every feature on this app is free. I do not have to go online and subscribe to news networks and I do not need any special equipment in order to listen to all the news that I want. With the categorizations and simple interface, I can easily use this app without having to read the instructions. Best of all, anyone can use this app. If I give this app to an elderly person, I am sure that he or she would be able to use it seamlessly without much of my help.

All in all, I think that Stitcher Radio is a must-have for any iPhone or iPod Touch owner. If you want to keep current with what is happening around the world, then this app is for you.
