Poetry: Love gone wrong

I know it happened too fast, but
You were there
So was I
And the sky opened up and sucked us in,
It just begin,
Wild saturated infatuation at play,
Instantly all day,
I'm missing you,
Obsessing over you,
Can't wait to see you,
Yearning to be next to you,
To hear the baritone in your voice.

I thought we made a choice with our hearts,
We existed worlds apart from all the others,
We we're friend, artisans', lovers,
Time stood still between our gaze,
Lazy days filled with smiles,
Miles of dialogue,
Corroded with the scent of destiny,
Now, Broken hearted rage,
Rivers of tears,
Is what's left of me.

I stare at my sleeve for hours,
My heart rest there ,
And she's lost without you,
I know I hurt you
But,
I love you.
Doesn't that count for something?

Wild saturated lust with no foreplay,
Every day,
All day,
I'm missing you,
Obsessing over you,
Can't wait to see you.
