How exercise affects your body temperature rhythm

Exercise is essential for every one if he/she wants to live a comfortable life. Exercise has a direct impact on body temperature rhythm. In the natural cycle, body temperature remains fluctuating between 96.8F to 98.6F but by exercising, we can increase our body temperature up to 105F or even more than that. What are the different ways to do exercise? What is the perfect timing for exercise? And for how much time one can do the exercise in his/her daily routine? These things are very essential to know about for every one before doing exercise. So it is explained below in more detail.

By exercising i.e. swimming, cycling, running, playing, load lifting etc our muscles contract and relax more frequently and sharply. This increases the activity of our body cells and creates more energy needs, which in turn demand more blood supply. Blood carries nutrients and oxygen to cater the energy needs of body cells. This is a biological fact that our food after digestion is stored in body cells in the form of phosphate chemical bonds which liberate a lot of heat energy when broken down. These bonds have natural tendency to chemically react with oxygen.

When we take exercise, our respiration system becomes speedy, due to this phenomenon our heart beat increases as well along-with more blood supply to body cells. This thing increases the level of oxygenated blood supply to the lungs which results in further breakdown of phosphate molecules to release more energy in order to fulfill the extra energy requirements of fast working body muscles.

As a result of breaking energy bonds, more than 80% of energy is converted into heat energy while only 20% is actually used to drive our muscles. That is the reason why body temperature increases with exercise there by changing its natural rhythm.

Moreover, muscles produce double energy during a single cycle of contraction and relaxation because they produce equal energy while contraction what they produce during relaxation. Again when temperature crosses the normal limit, our body starts sweating to get rid of extra heat produced inside the body as a result of increased activity of body muscles. After sweating we get cool to bring down the increased temperature. So that was all about the biological activity involved in taking exercise.

While the correct timing for exercise is the morning time, although one can do exercises at any time but early in the morning every thing has freshness; no dust no pollution and no traffic etc. That is why morning time is considered ideal for taking exercise.

However, it is not advisable to take exercise two or three hours before going to bed at night, because at that time still your body temperature is rising. Afterwards it slowly and calmly comes down, but if you will take exercise before going to bed then it would be rather difficult to have a comfortable sleep.

Last but not the least is that if you are still unaware of exercise effects on your body temperature rhythm then start exercise from today and you will really feel a big difference in your daily life activities.
