Weight Watcher's really has some tasty frozen meals on their weight loss plan. I would like to suggest some of these here in this article. I know from experience as I am a big advocate of Weight Watcher's for sure.
Fettuccine Alfredo which is 4 points per serving makes a great lunch or even for dinner with some added vegetables. This meal has just 240 calories per serving and 4 great grams of fiber! The fat totals just 3.5 is all. It has a creamy taste combined with the broccoli. This is a Smart Ones meal.
Turkey Medallions with gravy is very tasty! This Smart Ones meal is just 4 points total value and 200 calories. There is also 3 grams of fiber and 10 grams of fat per serving size. Along with the turkey and gravy, is a serving of green beans with little bits of pepper in them. Having this for lunch or dinner is a great idea with more vegetables, and a tossed salad.
Another Smart Ones personal favorite of mine is Chicken Mirabella. This is primarily chicken and a marsala wine sauce with vegetables. The entree is 4 points, and is great for lunch or dinner. Calorie counts are 200, and fiber totals 3 grams, and fat is a nice low 2 grams per serving. This dish is very tasty and enjoyable and I myself, have enjoyed it many times over for lunches.
If you like the Italian flavors, try Smart Ones Chicken Parmesan! This entree is 290 calories and 5 points, makes a good supper or maybe lunch. You get chicken breast and spaghetti topped with marinara sauce and cheese. The other nutritional facts are 5 grams of fat, and 4 grams of fiber. Adding some great vegetables on the side of this entree is a good idea along with a slice of wheat bread. This meal totals 5 points.
Smart Ones Home style Beef Pot Roast is really good, and almost as good as homemade. In this meal which is again one of favorites, you get onions, carrots, potatoes, green beans, and gravy. It is a whole 3 points per serving, 180 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, and 3 grams of fiber. This makes a terrific quick supper in the microwave with some other added vegetables and slice of wheat bread.
Lasagna Florentine Smart Ones is very good! The entree is 6 points, 290 calories, and just 9 grams of fat. The fiber totals 4 grams. This lasagna is in 5 layers,with ricotta cheese, zucchini, and spinach. This makes a great lunch or supper with added vegetables and a slice of wheat bread.
The Smart Ones Meatloaf entree is good for meatloaf. The entree is 5 points and 250 calories each. The fat count is just 8 grams and fiber totals 3 grams. This entree has gravy and a side of garlic herb style mashed potatoes which really isn't too bad for being frozen potatoes. This works good for lunch or supper with a few added vegetables and a tossed salad.
This is not all of the Smart Ones entrees of course, but just an overview of my own personal favorites. It is not hard to include them as part of the Weight Watcher plan for healthier eating!
