The Gaming of Ohio
The mania of lotteries, casinos (internet, and brick and mortar) that have and continue to spread across America is a metaphor of pure truth concerning our state of disunion. In the state of Ohio alone, they have on the November ballot for what seems like the 4th time, another opportunity to vote to have Las Vegas style casino gambling.
The they are OUT-OF-STATE GAMBLING interests who are bankrolling Issue 3, and are misleading Ohio voters again. Unfortunately, they are getting better at misleading us.
When you drill all the way down to find out who these backers and promoters are, you will find greedy and unscrupulous, mostly Caucasian male rouge republicans. Greed, wickedness, and corruption do not discriminate. Don't take my word for it; check it out for yourself by using google, bling, wikipedia, and other websites.
One piece of Issue 3 promotion literature I received in my mailbox measured 11" by 11", and was very colorful (red, white, blue, green, and yellow), and was very well worded and formatted. A 2nd piece of Issue 3 promotion literature I received measured 8.5" by 22", and had a stylish home entry door motif of vintage wood and hardware.
It was quad folded, and the opening message was "Ohio Opportunity Knocks", and opened to reveal basically the same words and graphics (A photo of a skilled craftsman at work, happy children in a classroom, and a family of 3 looking happy, with these words underneath them: The Jobs Ohio Needs, The Funding Our Schools Need, The Money Our Economy Needs).
All of the people depicted in the 6 photos of these 2 pieces of literature are Caucasian, a reflection of anti-diversity and anti-social republicanism.
Both pieces of Issue 3 literature pushed the major public concerns buttons of poor public education, high recession unemployment, and low recession public services and government tax revenues. This literature promises to create 34,000 new Ohio Jobs, to provide $10,000,000 in new funding for Montgomery County public school districts, and to provide $8,000,000 for the City of Dayton and $8,000,000 for Montgomery County in new annual revenues.
Never once was gambling, casinos, or slot-machines mentioned in this literature. The promoters are also making robot-telephone-calls. This is another sophisticated scheme to deceive and manipulate the public, and it seems that most Americans have been well-conditioned to be misled by these bait and switch fraud tactics.
